Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for RankClaw purchases made through rankclaw.io. RankClaw provides digital SEO research, content, publishing, reporting, and automation services.

Because RankClaw uses digital credits, subscriptions, AI processing, and third-party infrastructure, refunds are reviewed based on account activity, payment status, and whether the purchased service has already been used.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription according to the controls available in your account or by contacting support@rankclaw.io. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

After cancellation, you may retain access until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan or required by law.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • A payment was made because of a clear billing error.
  • A technical issue caused by RankClaw prevented access to the paid service, and we could not resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests should be sent to support@rankclaw.io with the account email, order or invoice information, payment date, and reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Used credits, completed AI tasks, generated reports, generated content, or completed SEO audits.
  • Subscription periods that have already been used.
  • Purchases made with incorrect account information supplied by the user.
  • Results-based dissatisfaction, including search ranking, indexing, traffic, revenue, or conversion outcomes.
  • Cancellations requested after the paid billing period has already started and the service has been used.

Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.

RankClaw may revoke related credits, access, generated assets, or subscription benefits after a refund is issued.
